Dr. J (she/her) is a compassionate and thoughtful counseling psychologist who works with individuals and couples seeking deeper understanding, healing, and more fulfilling relationships—with themselves and with others. She offers a warm, grounded space where clients can slow down, feel seen, and explore life’s challenges with curiosity and care. Dr. J is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and affirming environment where people of all identities and backgrounds feel respected, valued, and safe.
She believes therapy is a collaborative and relational process, and she tailors her approach to meet each person’s unique needs and goals. Drawing from evidence-based practices, Dr. J integrates Narrative Therapy, trauma-based therapies, CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, and Relational approaches to support clients in understanding patterns, strengthening emotional insight, and creating meaningful change. Her clinical work includes supporting individuals and couples navigating anxiety and depression, relationship and communication concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, self-esteem and identity development, stress, and personal growth.
As a clinical supervisor, Dr. J is deeply invested in mentoring and supporting the next generation of mental health professionals. She approaches supervision with the same warmth, thoughtfulness, and integrity that guide her clinical work. Through education and mentorship, she fosters a learning environment that emphasizes critical thinking, empathy, cultural humility, and ethical practice. Dr. J is passionate about empowering emerging clinicians to develop confidence in their clinical voice and to make meaningful, lasting contributions to the individuals and communities they serve.

Dr. Tiff (she/her/ella) is a compassionate counseling psychologist who utilizes her client’s experiences, protective factors, coping mechanisms, and support systems to help facilitate positive changes in her client’s lives. Whether they are seeking guidance through a new life phase, feeling stuck in a challenging transition, or seeking assistance for an enduring psychological concern, she is dedicated to helping her clients set and accomplish meaningful goals.
Dr. Tiff’s clinical approach is grounded in evidence-based techniques which she integrates with Narrative Therapy, Attachment-based Therapy, CBT, ACT, Positive Psychology, and Relational therapies. Her areas of interest include working with individuals, couples, and families who are seeking assistance for a variety of concerns. Specifically, but not limited to, Depression, Anxiety, Interpersonal Relationships, Life transitions, all aspects of the family unit, Trauma, Racial Trauma, Intergenerational Trauma, Grief and Loss, concerns related to Body Shape, Size & Weight, Social Justice, and LGBTQIA+, Gender, and Sexuality exploration and psychoeducation.
As an Afro-Latina, Dr. Tiff has embraced the multiple underpinnings of her own diverse and unique identities and how they influence her work with clients. Her clinical practice is informed by a desire to provide treatment that is culturally sensitive, acknowledges multiple viewpoints, and recognizes how systemic oppression may silence the voices and experiences of her clients.

Dr. Melissa Hudson (she/her/hers) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Post-Doctoral Fellow. Her diverse background and experience in clinical, group, private practice, community, university counseling settings, as a psychology lecturer, mentor, community volunteer, and as a social justice advocate aids in providing ethical, culturally sensitive, and compassionate care. Dr. Hudson specializes in providing care for depression, anxiety, chronic pain, trauma, self-esteem, self-identity, phase of life transitions, and relational challenges. Her approach to supporting clients includes evidence-based treatments such as Strengths-Based therapies (Solution-Focused, Narrative, and Collabortive), CBT, DBT, MCBT, MI, ACT, systemic therapy, positive psychology, relaxation techniques and psychoeducation.
Melissa works with client strengths, resources, resiliency, competencies, to promote growth, healing, and authenticity. She collaborates with adult clients to face challenges, recognize that change can happen, improve relationships, explore hope, and find joy in life.
